Notes:
A spiritual successor to the first Ben's Special Bitter. Citra hops smell fantastic during the boil.
Tastes nicely bitter and is quite clear at racking.
Very bright upon bottling.
Still quite sweet after a couple of weeks in the bottle, however this brew is still improving with age.
